Maxdao, a reliable and long-term partner in the communication industry, has a proven history of creating innovative product lines. Recently, an internet provider from Europe approached us. They are building their microwave network and need to ground cables with diameters of 6 mm and 10 mm.

Customer Challenges

The grounding kit will be used outdoors, so it needs to meet various requirements for outdoor use,such as a high waterproof rating of IP67. The materials need to be sturdy, durable, and UV resistant. Additionally, the customer requires quick and easy installation.

Upon receiving the customer’s request, the MAXDAO team promptly conducted a comprehensive analysis of the requirements. As a result,we introduced the Framework Grounding Kit to the customer.

• The frame is made of EPDM and 304 stainless steel, capable of withstanding a voltage of 3.5KV, so it can provide more stable and reliable grounding connections. The interior features a small arrow paired with copper braided tape instead of traditional putty, providing better insulation and lightning strike resistance.
• The Framework Grounding Kit comes with mastic included, so there is no need for additional mastic or tape. This ensures quick and easy installation while also meeting waterproof performance requirements.
• Since the customer needs to ground cables with diameters of 6mm and 10mm,to ensure a precise fit and meet waterproof requirements, we offer two sizes of grounding kits tailored to the customer’s specifications

• After submitting our proposal to the customer, they were highly satisfied and believed it would meet their needs. We prepared and tested the samples, confirming that the product fully meets all specified requirements. Subsequently, we sent the samples to the customer for their own testing, and received their approval.
